Arenaria balearica

An evergreen extremely low growing and spreading plant with tiny dark green leaves.  The flowers are tiny, white and dotted all over the plant on short stems. It flowers from April to June.  It prefers partial shade in a moist but free draining soil, do not let it dry out in hot summer months.  It is good in alpine beds, pots and between paving as it will tolerate walking on it.  H 5x20cm. 9cm pot
