Q. How do i place an order through the website?
A.Simply click the link at the bottom of each plant which says Add to Basket. To review your full order and complete your purchase click the link Your Basket at the bottom left of the screen and follow the instructions.
Q. How do i make an enquiry about a plant or plants?
A.Simply click on the Contact link at the top of the page. You can either telephone or send an e-mail. The office phone is not always answered, however, messages are always picked up.
Q. How do i ask you to bring plants to a flower show for me?
A.Just telephone or e-mail with your order and details of the show you wish to collect plants from. Please place your order at least 7 days prior to the first day of the show.
Q. Is your website fully secure?
A.We do not process your credit card details ourselves. Your order is processed by us, but your payment is automatically handled by the specialist card company Cardsave. Your card details are fully secure.
