VISITS TO THE NURSERY BY APPIONTMENT ONLY

We do not have a retail outlet, we sell mail order, at flower shows and to wholesale customers only. If you wish to visit us, please contact us first.

SUBSTITUTES

Substitutes will not be made unless requested.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel an order at any stage of the ordering process on the website with no charge. However, once you have entered your credit card details, your card will be debited immediately. At this stage there is a minimum charge of £2.00 or 5% of the order transaction, whichever is the greater, for a cancellation.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our product, we do not normally issue refunds. A replacement will usually be offered for faulty goods. All complaints must be made to us within seven days of receipt of your order. No responsibility can be accepted for failure after planting as drought, pests and diseases all take their toil.
